Question:
In what format will the training take place in the 2nd semester of the 2020-21 academic year?
Answer:
According to the IЕC academic calendar, all classes begin on January 25, 2021!
At the same time, students of the 1st year of the bachelor's degree begin classes in a mixed format of training (lectures and DROP–in online, seminars, laboratory and practical classes of an applied nature in an official format in compliance with the sanitary regime and a social distance of 2 meters).
Students of other courses of all levels of study begin classes in a mixed format according to the established schedule (please read in your personal account on the IЕC educational portal).

Question:
What measures will be taken to prevent coronavirus infection during the training period?
Answer:
All buildings and the Students' House are equipped with contactless thermometers, sanitizers with antiseptic and disinfecting tunnels
- Medical centers are functioning in an enhanced mode in all buildings of the IЕC
- Restrictive markings are applied in all classrooms to maintain the distance between students
- Classrooms for seminars, laboratory and practical classes are designed for occupancy of no more than 40%, taking into account social distancing – 5 sq.m. for 1 person
- Regular treatment with disinfectants and quartz treatment of classrooms of the IЕC buildings and Students' Houses is planned
- Wearing masks in the buildings of the IЕC and the House of Students is mandatory for everyone!
- In case of refusal to wear a mask or its absence, the student, employee or teacher of the IЕC will not be allowed into the building, the auditorium or the Students' House!

By what date is the payment made?
Answer:
Payment for the transitioning contingent for the 1st half of the year – until July 15, for the 2nd half - until December 25. Due to the current situation, a postponement is possible until August 15, 2020 at the request of the student. Applications are accepted online.
Question:
What discounts does the academy provide and in what cases?
Answer:
  • with an advance annual tuition fee before the payment deadline - 5%;
  • when paying for the education of 2 or more children from the same family – 5% for each child.
  • graduates of affiliated educational institutions upon admission to Bachelor's degree, taking into account continuing education 5%,
  • graduates of the IЕC upon admission to the master's program, taking into account continuing education 10%

What are the payment schedules?
Answer:
  • for the 1st half of the year - until August 25 (new admission, 1st year, 1st year of study, recovering for training)for the 2nd half of the year - until December 25.subsequent courses for the 1st half-year - until July 15, for the 2nd half–year - until December 25.
  • For those who are unable to pay for their studies according to the above schedule, an individual payment schedule is provided, according to their applications, in the following terms:
  • for the 1st half of the year: until September 5, September 25, October 25, November 25 (new admission, 1st year, 1st year of study, recovering for training)for the 2nd half of the year: until December 25, January 25, February 25, March 25.

Is there a penalty and how much is the day of late payment?

Has the payment changed for students who are already studying?
Answer:
The payment for the transitioning contingent has not changed. The tuition fee remains until graduation, according to the contract.
Question:
Can a parent or relative pay for tuition?
Answer:
Yes, but the full name and IIN of the student must be specified in the purpose of the payment.

Are there internal grants and Olympiads at the university?
Answer:
Yes. Every year, within the framework of the Republican Olympiads "Da Vinci Code", "American Education Challenge", internal grants are awarded for the entire period of study. In addition, the university provides applicants with a large number of discounts up to 100% on tuition.

Do you have a military department?
Answer:
Our university has an agreement with a partner university. On their basis, you can study at the military department. Admission to the military department takes place on a competitive basis. Information about accepting applications for training at the military department can be found in the ads section on the university's website and social networks.
Question:
Is it possible to transfer to your university?
Answer:
Students have the right to transfer from one university to another, from one educational program to another with the delivery of the difference in working curricula, as well as the right to transfer from a paid department to a vacant place of a state educational grant during the summer and winter holidays.
To transfer to the University, a transcript and a transfer application addressed to the rector are required.
