A job fair is held for students and graduates of the International Educational Corporation. The main goal is to help them build their professional future. After all, the word "career" is associated primarily with professional growth. But can all students say with confidence that they know exactly what their future profession is, what they will become after completing their studies, and what will fill their every day at the workplace? Why can't all graduates of the same university easily and quickly find not only interesting, but also well-paid jobs? On what grounds does the employer select employees from seemingly identical young professionals? Not all students know the answers to all these questions. Career events at universities are held in order for students to prepare for their future "adult" life in advance, having received first-hand information.
The job fair is the largest event where students and graduates communicate directly with representatives of leading employer companies. Employers present current vacancies or internships in their organizations, and young professionals have the opportunity to choose the most interesting from the offered range. This is also where the applicant's initial (preliminary) interview with a representative of the employer's personnel service takes place. Thus, graduates and students during the job fair, have a chance to get a job, internship or traineeship and employer job fairs provide an opportunity to learn more about the organization of educational process in the university, allow for several hours to get acquainted with a large number of students and graduates, to form the external personnel reserve.
