IEC launches a summer school in English "Sustainable Urban Development"

For the first time in the architectural education of the country!

IEC launches a summer school in English on the innovative direction "Sustainable Urban Development"!

The summer school is held as part of the implementation and development of a new educational master's program in English at the IEC (KazGASA).

Sustainable urban development requires the introduction of sustainable planning and management of cities and territories of their influence, the involvement of the population in urban development, improving the quality of life and ecology in cities, providing access to housing, landscaping and development of transport systems.

Leading experts in the field of sustainable urban planning will talk about what knowledge, skills and competencies should be possessed by professionals who aim to achieve sustainable urban development:
